The pay is ok but not enough for all the work.

Cons

everything managers do not train employees well They throw you to the phones and do not care about employees at all They care more about their members They place you in all departments but then the manager has no idea about certain departments, so you have to find a manager that can answer your questions. Some questions never get answered.
