      Pros

      S3 is by far the best job I have ever worked at and felt that my hard work was valued. I have always felt comfortable working with leadership from when I started as an MSR to getting promoted to Assistant Manager then to Manager. Gives me and others a work life balance that I have never had in the past. As a manager now, I get every full weekend off.

      Cons

      None- the only thing I would is say is someone who is looking to work here is to prepare to put effort, show up on time and care about your job. We work with various members from a day to day basis and it is vital to know that just because the job is remote, doesn't mean there should be any lack of effort.
