Job specific Training was horrible. Called out of the blue and fired with no explanation and the HR person was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.

Decent pay rate, quick to promote, all equipment is provided.

Cons

There is a lot to learn in order to be good at your job. Some inconsistencies regarding proper process and procedures, training could stand to be improved. The training videos should really include more about how to utilize their resources, real-life member issues and how those issues were resolved.
