Pros

It a cool place to work especially if you are just starting your banking career. Just make sure you apply yourself and read the SOP's. This is still a young company with a lot if growth potentials.

Cons

Things can be bias. People sometimes show favoritism. To move around in the company can be difficult. Management need to undergo more training. Lack of experienced management.

Pros

Great Benefits, Great coworkers, Great Pay, Great Location. I've been with this company for over a year and I love the company that's why I'm choosing to stay. You can't find a place where the work is easy once you get past the first month or two. There is a lot of risk as you're working for multiple credit unions but we all make mistakes as long as it's not fraud you're okay. Give the company a shot. there's a lot of people who will rate it poorly but you need to make your own decision!

Cons

The management staff in the contact center isn't the great and there are more than half that are unprofessional and so clueless that I don't understand how they have a job. There are some great management staffs that work there. They need to take handle of their management staff before the contact center can really grow. They're a start up company that has been struggling the past few months but I believe in this company and I believe that they can succeed with the proper leadership.
