Had a 5 star onboarding experience with the training team; very thorough and helpful navigating the company culture and values. Love the work from home option (after training is completed) for a true work life balance, valued by the company. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Work from home, lots of overtime available

Cons

They send an email asking you to review them on this website shortly after orientation but before the actual training. Orientation was a dream. I was so excited to start. That lasted until we were on the phones after hardly any training at all. Management is unprofessional and not helpful. The pay is not worth this at all.
