      Flexible remote schedule Amazing coworkers, great leadership Well put together training for the most part Great benefits with generous PTO Close-knit feel without having the word "family" shoved at you Leadership genuinely cares about their employees and it shows CEO is very open with ideas for the future, is very vocal about wanting a work life balance for everyone PTO within reason is always approved... they ENCOURAGE employees to use their time off
