      Pros

      Basically still in start-up mode, lots of opportunity. If you are looking for a slower pace (coming from retail or investment banking), you can catch your breath here.

      Cons

      Severely lacking in leadership across all departments. No support for the line level employees. Haphazard responses to problems & crises that cause minor problems to snowball.

      Employees were great people to work with. Many different personalities and easy to get along with.

      Management is very inconsistent with the information provided to the employees. Managers also contradict what employees tell the customers
