Pay, work/life balance, lack of respect and loyalty to employees, Comparable to a sweat shop, HR runs the company and does not support its employees, Directors and Management have no control of their own team, turn over rate is high, lack of training, feels like you are walking on egg shells at all times

No protection against harassment. The members that call in can curse you out and say racist things and management will STILL side with the member and cater to them although their policy says they are anti harassment etc. Rules are pointless. You’re told not to do certain things for members then the member curses you out all for management to give them what they want anyway. No privacy when you complain to upper management or HR. Managers constantly harass you even if you perform well. I.e. if you step away to use the restroom. Workload is too much and not worth the pay. Call volume is extremely high
