      Pros

      Had a 5 star onboarding experience with the training team; very thorough and helpful navigating the company culture and values. Love the work from home option (after training is completed) for a true work life balance, valued by the company. Pay is commensurate with experience.

      The training encompassed a thorough definition of Shared Service Solutions ! I learned so much about STAR values and how each plays an intricate role in my professional development and success. The trainers kept me engaged and their patient and pleasant attitude was a plus! Every question was addressed and answered with a smile:)
