Pros

Very positive company culture, good benefits. Good number of time off/paid sick hours provided annually. Most managers genuinely care about supporting their team.

Cons

Often the support needed to do things deemed part of job duties is not available during busy hours. Due to structure company takes a very long time to roll out any changes on behalf of employees. Time off is penalized if not scheduled far in advance, making sick time effectively moot. Company advertises heavy internal hiring but more often makes external hires.
