      Pros

      Working at S3 has allowed me the opportunity to grow within the Credit Union space. The active management team has built the cross training into the daily work to allow for team members to move up or around as their career goals develop. As a CUSO of credit unions your voice is often heard as they value their employees just as much as the members of the credit unions they serve.

      Cons

      There are opportunities for process improvements that take time to put into place however this isn't a large con. The teams work very well with the Partners to accomplish the common goals.

      Pros

      Awesome company to work for. I have been at S3 for 4+ years and love it. Management is extremely supportive and allows for growth opportunities.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment and if you enjoy teamwork it is the place to work.

      I take advantage of the opportunity to learn new things. This is a fast paced unique environment that allows me to development my skills in the financial industry. This is not just a job for me, it's a career.

      I would recommend better leave benefits and tuition reimbursement
