      Pros

      I really enjoy working here! The building is nice and the location is convenient for my commute. Some positions allow you to work from home if you meet the criteria. The HR Department is always available to help me with questions. We have free parking and also have fun events.

      S3 is a dynamic workplace that has great opportunities for personal growth and feeling like you make a difference. The company often hires from within for position openings, but the personal growth is not just about moving up the corporate ladder. There are opportunities for cross training in your department, classroom and online training options, and the opportunity to build relationships across multiple departments and companies. We make a difference in the lives of our members by striving to provide exceptional service and we make a difference in the community through various volunteer and fundraising events.

      Cons

      S3 is still a relatively new company and change is part of the growth process. Being nimble and able to adapt to those changes is necessary. Guidance from leadership and a strong workforce do make navigating the changes easier.
