Pros

You get to work with high schoolers, and if you are into this, it is pretty rewarding. It's great to see them understand math and succeed in their classrooms. Also, you will work on a small team, which I found nice.

Cons

The biggest problem is it doesn't feel like your employer gives a darn about you. Low pay (although there are acceptable benefits), long hours, no help if they make you relocate. Also, they may just up and decide to move you to a different school from the one you work with, regardless of your living situation. Also their hiring makes no sense from the viewpoint of a potential employee.
