I was being paid very high at another company. They matched my pay here even though the position is an associate level. Fellow employees are driven and intelligent. Depending on the contract you fall under or work in, work may be more/less enjoyable. Mine has been interesting and good so far in the past year - and the contract isn’t expiring anytime soon.

Cons

Benefits, benefits, benefits. You’ve seen all the other reviews here - it’s usually the only complaint people have. That’s really all it is. I would be comfortable right now with calling this my home for the next 20+ years of my career if the benefits were great. If someone else offers me the same amount of money with much better benefits... it would be very hard to pass up.
