Pros

- As an engineer, I was grateful with the way I treated by management. There is a relaxed vibe and people respect the engineering work that goes into making a product. - Travelled a lot during my time there. - Decent work-life balance.

Cons

- Not a clear path for improvement, especially for recent college graduates. - A lot of structural shifts during my time there (two acquisitions) that affected the cadence of work.
