Pros

Haven't been working with the company long; however, so far so good. Can't really say much about the physical company due to working on site with the customer, The pay is good & communication is open about what is going on at the company.

Cons

Working on site with the customer limits your ability to stay in tune with what is going on at the company.

Pros

Great understanding of a balanced work life/personal life. Company benefits like critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity insurance has been amazing.

Cons

Nothing. We're contractors, and a lot of the negatives is just a side affect of the government having final say.
