You're setup to fail at this location and the 1st level Mgr onsite has no clue as well as having favorites who can do no wrong. You're expected to know everything and they don't treat the new employees well which is very unfair since they are trying to learn the new system. All Mgt, cares about is not losing the contract but Mgt. does not know how to setup the process so that those doing the work will succeed. It's a horrible environment and warning others to stay away unless your desparate. New employees quitting current employees want out.
