      Pros

      I had ample freedom to complete tasks. The overtime rush at the end of a contract was fantastic. You could work as many hours as you could. Things may have changed since the company became Leidos

      Your job is what you make of it. (Totally not a con)

      When it was employee owned it was centered around employee happiness not profits for the shareholders.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. The company is very large and has many locations. With so many positions with the government from city to state and up to the federal level there are many different positions and career fields to choose from.

      Cons

      With the breakup of the company especially after making bad investment decisions and spending money on the transition we lost many positions.

      Great people, flex schedule, good benefits and a great network of different individuals with different skill sets

      Cons

      Too large and I felt like a number instead of an employee. As a contractor job security is never guaranteed
