It's a body shop. Hires people and let's them go as support contracts are won and lost. People in the management chain are known to be the worst in the aerospace business. Real Aerospace companies like Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, RTX, etc look rightfully look down their nose at this organization. SAIC doesn't even offer in-house programs to enhance technical and management growth. I could go on and on but hopefully you get the picture. Try to get associated with one of the mentioned real aerospace companies... having SAIC on your resume will limit your career opportunities.
