Pros
They let you work with minimal interference and trust you to do the job. Seems to have nice people where it counts. Give you the resources you need to do your job effectively and encourage you to think outside the box. The leaders of my team are likely the most competent and dedicated leaders in the company. Decent benefits
Cons
Poorly run at the upper and mid levels. Pay increases were not given as initially stated. Compensation for positions at and around my level are not enough to enable someone to survive on their own without assistance or going into deep debt or broke. Employee voices do not seem to be heard or matter to those in upper management positions.
