      Pros

      My experience overall was good. Salary, Organizational communication (especially during the pandemic), company outreach were all the highlights.

      Cons

      Seeking external vendor training was a cumbersome and confusing process. If a benefit/perk provided is allocation of funds for training annually, then it should be a matter of the employee's request and preference without justification or scrutiny. Management is hit or miss. As with any employment, it's a crap shoot.

      Pros

      The only Pro I can think of is if you have no other options at least they are a company to keep your clearance active.

      Cons

      Major disconnect between different groups, communication is non existent. Don't expect assistance from within your own group more or less from any other.
