Work expectations are normal. They are generally willing to take on people with less experience. It's a generic contractor. It's good experience for a entry to mid level IT job. I'm not sure they even expect anyone to stick around and they won't hold it against you when you grow out of their job. Don't expect a career, but it can certainly help you build one if you play it right.
