Pros

I was able to telecommute.

Cons

SAIC went downhill when Dr. Beyster was replaced by Ken Dahlberg. The company went from employee owned to a publicly traded chop shop. The CEO and Board of Directors do not care about the employees.

Pros

Extremely nice people to work with, but really dependent on your specific team and manager. The work is rarely very stressful and work-life balance is great.

Cons

It's great when your team is getting contracts, but not when you're scrambling to get the next job lined up. Big company that mainly works with the government, so lots of bureaucracy and security procedures to go through.
