Pros

Opportunities are there if you look for them; however, on the government contract side, contract is employment factor.

Cons

Leadership in the business unit did not support the employees actually performing the work. Very nepitistic/incenstual envornment.

Pros

Most people say this is a great company to work at if you are working contracts other than Entergy. Now, SAIC overall runs a well oiled machine. It is this division that is the problem.

Cons

The Entergy contract is not like the rest of SAIC. SAIC here discriminates and only looks out for their inner circle of PMs. They let the BUCIO intimidate everyone and he expects everyone to fear him when he enters the room. He is like a dictator. This is how he was trained by his predecessor.
