      SAIC is very employee oriented. Focuses a lot of time on making sure the right employee is the right fit for a contract.

      Cons

      Healthcare is a problem, but then that's everywhere right now.

      SAIC provides individuals the opportunity to grow, They provide you training and most of the managers provide individuals that show interest the opportunity to grow. They have a wide variety of projects. Fun place to work. Managers care about the individuals and help them succeed.

      Policies and procedures are sometimes a little to stringent. Need to modify policies to ensure they apply to all groups.
