      Not bad company with plenty of opportunities.

      Pros

      Management was nice and usually kept me up to speed with current issues. Being a large company, SAIC had plenty of opportunities for me to redeploy when necessary. Benefits were fairly decent with progressive leave accrual and okay health coverage.

      Cons

      They seem to underpay their employees in comparison to other employers in the area. Team interaction was something to be desired as we had very few meetings together or any outings.

      Pros

      SAIC has good benefits and has an enormous variety of contacts throughout the Intelligence Community that allows for a great number of different job experiences. SAIC is well-respected at the client, which made for an excellent work experience.

      Cons

      Some people may not enjoy the status that comes from being a contractor at a federal agency, but the pay premium makes up for that difference.

      Pros

      I get a paycheck. That is the only Pro.

      Cons

      Some on the contract sit and talk all day, while I the hard worker do the work of three employees, while the other two do not work. These none workers have been getting paid for the past seven weeks for none working, while I do all the work. How do they get away with this? Been harassed and bullied by one particular employee and it has been going on for over ten months. When will that stop?
