Pros

Good pay, lots of varied programs/projects, interesting work

Cons

SAIC is effectively a body shop for the Government. This is not necessarily a con but people who join SAIC should understand this and not take it personally that the company won't "carry" you when a contract goes away.

Pros

Great project management and technical depth

Cons

3 CEO's in 4 years, company split resulting in lack of management focus, disconnected systems and lack of process discipline. Not sure there's a plan.

Pros

Good pay, mostly good people, good training programs

Cons

New benefit plan stinks (basically no benefits until you meet your deductible), upper management cannot be trusted. Stock prices have plummeted. Many layoffs but laid off the wrong people. SSC is worthless (purchasing, HR, security) and should go back to the BU's,
