Pros

- good company reputation - many available opportunities across the company

Cons

- difficult to move to other open positions within the company across divisions/BUs. - wide variance in compensation for the same jobs - no clear paths for career progression/promotion - turnover of employees vs retention efforts needs work - few minorities in senior ranks

Pros

Good pay and good benefits

Cons

Management is untrained. No communication for expectations or problems until it is too late. Level of trust is non-existant and takes years to get to do real work. I am an engineer doing technician level work.
