Pros

Dedication to ethical behavior in the work place and with our customers Commitment to excellence in execution and providing the customer more than expected Fair compensation Good internal communications up and down

Cons

SAIC is a large company with lots of internal divisions and sub divisions making it difficult to stay internally connected - our challenge is to be ONE SAIC and we have to work at it every day.

Pros

Great local management Competitive pay (typically match/beat competitive offers for good employees) Career growth Open to relocation/redeployment within the company Job stability

Cons

Underperforming stock since going public Bonuses often include too much in the form of stock (made sense before going public, now it's less appealing and options are just about useless)

Pros

As a PM I get to work my projects and take responsiblity the good and the bad. I am given the authority to make changes and decisions needed to dleiver the best product to the customer

Cons

Large company has many procedures and that are mandatory and my projects do not always fit into those prcoedures. Luckily my manager runs cover and lets me get done what I need to do.
