Pros

Flexibility, type of work. Not overly demanding. Interesting work someetimes. Easy to stand out if you are above average. Decent folks here an there.

Cons

Too big. Going public killed company. Run like the military. Did not see a lot of vision or passion from leadership

Pros

Benefits are solid and pay is competitive. There are a lot of smart people and a lot to learn. Tuition reimbursment is a breeze.

Cons

You live project to project. Happiness is a charge number. Euphoria is lots of charge number. If you fail to hit your timesold or go on overhead, standby for layoff.

Pros

The work environment is descent.

Cons

WACK!!! --Education is not supported. --Benefits are so ridiculously expensive....you'd be better off working at Walmart part-time -- The company is run like a sweatshop, you will be working tons of free OT without a cap. --Incompetent leads/management, lost of undereducated middle managers --Stock is flat...it's going nowhere. --High turnover rate. --Low pay... There is no benefit to working here whatsoever. My advice, run and never look back.
