      Salary, resources, benefits... can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      Management in multiple divisions in which I worked is terrible. Disrespect and a lack of caring for the individual runs rampant.

      The company is involved in many different fields of business, so opportunities to work in a variety of areas may exist.

      Cons

      You have to bring in your own work, or risk not having anything to do. And then you get reassigned. Or laid off.

      Pros

      Good managers at SAIC promote and motivate employees to higher positions. Good stable and reliable company to work for.

      Cons

      SAIC does not have a workers union. Seniority does not count. Employees who have been working at SAIC for a long time are being replace with new low hourly rate employees. The hiring manager has control on who to hire. The AR Billing department does not give employees incentive to continue with SAIC for a long term employment.
