Pros

Work is fairly easy Time off is always accepted PTO is accrued 2.93 hours per week Great work-life balance An excellent plethora of benefits, including a $500 deductible medical plan, dental and vision, 401k, pet insurance, legal insurance, identity monitoring, etc. Work from home with flexible hours

Cons

Compensation, underpaid for the industry. No bonuses, only annual 3% raise, unless you were promoted before the last 6 months of the year, then it’s a 1.5% raise.

Pros

+ Great programs to work on + Great folks on the line to work with + Good first line Management - mostly fair + Salaries are fair + Kept Healthcare costs in check for 3 years

Cons

+ Benefits are "meh" - on par with other large companies + Sometimes the focus is on growth & profit instead of providing great service + Hire at any cost mentality + New VP over our group - has not been by the program despite being 3 miles away - show interest in your employees

Pros

-Great work life balance. -Flexible schedule. -

Cons

Compensation is good but the company could do better with pay raise. 2% pay raise when inflation is > 8% is simply a pay cut, NOT a pay raise.
