Pros

Dependent on job, very flexible working hours. Ability to work from home when needed. If you are junior and not certain your career path there are many different types of projects to work on. Technical people have outstanding skills and are great resources.

Cons

Too many reorganizations and little direction in future work. If you are not on one contract, there is a lot of pressure to achieve an unrealistic amount of billable time. For such a large company individual offices have little administrative support. Very little dollars or time spent on training.

Outstanding educational opportunities, excellent benefits, excellent pay, stock incentive program, flexible hours, strong track record for placement in the event of loss of contract coverage

Cons

Lack of clear career path for some positions, health care is eroding due to high costs (though this is true of the whole workforce)
