the work environment has changed so much in the past few years. It has gone from a place where people truly loved their jobs and would work untold hours to get the job done right to a place where people want out, do only what is needed and talk down the company. The management that I worked under did not understand our department, the areas we supported and how to support their staff. They were only interested is making sure that their manager thought they were doing it all. If they had to learn the general process of each department then they would be in a better place to make decisions concerning the departments.
