Pros

Relationship with co-workers and management is among the best I have ever seen. The benefit package is top notch. This is a company that you can stay with long term and have stability despite the nature of contract work.

Cons

If you get bored easily some of the contracts may not be for you. Especially in a government related role work can be scarce. The pay is not as high as working for a company who is not supporting a government organization.

Pros

They have a lot of contracts all over the country in my areas of interest - namely IT, software development and Cyber Security. I've worked with really great qualified people. They do a good job of vetting their hires.

Cons

They are well known industry wide for being rather cheap. That's how they get contracts. I took a 20% pay cut to transfer to them when they were awarded the contract I was on. I had other options, but enjoyed the work, and knew a lot of the people and managers. Soo... There you have it.
