Pros

Reputable company with room for advancement.

Cons

Company too concerned with saving money at detriment of employees. Major cuts of base salaries of new hires. Do not care at all about their employees.

Pros

Company provides a large amount of information and is an improvement over others I have worked with.

Cons

Would be nice to have more information prior to the end of a period of performance regarding actual contract milestones, what we could do to help our continued success and ensure we feel part of the process of renewing or re-competing a contract.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to provide honest feedback about your time thus far at SAIC. A few people have left similar comments about annual performance reviews. It has been a topic of conversation in leadership strategy meetings. As a result, performance metrics and incentive plans are being refined. I recommend revisiting MyHR where you can personally set goals and manage a check-in conversation with your manager. Employees play an equally vital role, as it is a collaborative process that requires both roles to be active participants. The employee role includes reflecting on performance and developmental goals, reviewing goals and progress regularly and holding the manager accountable for providing ongoing coaching and feedback. The role of the manager is to align your priorities with the organization and team efforts and recognize your achievements. Together, your manager/team can review your goals and provide feedback.
