      Cons

      There were limited promotional opportunities for HR and an unfair selection process following a reorg. It was difficult to be promoted unless you were of the same hive mindset. A diversity of thought/behaviors was not welcome. Additionally, the process for the redesign of the HR leadership team was simple selection. Nothing was competed. Individuals were informed of their fate. Quite uncharacteristic for an HR department…the individuals responsible for enforcing equal opportunity.
