Good Company to work for.

Pros

Overall, good benefits across the board (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc), SAIC isn't as pushy like other companies to "drink the koolaid" and become indoctrinated into their culture like other companies I've worked for. SAIC seems to be genuinely there to support you in whatever way you need. Salary has been fair, each contract has it's constraints on how much they can give you each year, fortunately my contract has been generous and allowed me to make some big salary jumps in the past few years. Management and upper management has been fair and experienced. My current contract switch to remote work during COVID and we've been 100% remote ever since and the customer has been more than happy with us. Overall it's been a great experience working for them for the last 10 years.

Cons

No real cons that I've experienced that would sway me from speaking negative about them. Overall I've been happy.

Pros

It's a good entry level position that will get you well versed in remote desktop troubleshooting and writing professional tickets. You'll gain experience with phone calls and emails alike and multi-tasking, a great foundation for a fresh graduate looking to get into IT

Cons

The pay and PTO is not great
