Good starting pay and benefits, Poor opportunities for advancement

Pros

Competitive salary and benefits, relaxed work environment.

Cons

Supervisors and managers are not subject matter experts on the the clients needs, Poor annual leave accruement (two weeks starting), No sick leave, Very few if any opportunities for advancement within the company, Raises do not keep pace with competing companies.

Contracts are constantly moving around, touching multiple projects, constant funding issues

Pros

From my onboarding being so efficient, to my first few weeks being brought up to speed, it's been a joy. Just this week, I received a personal note and gift card from the CSO, who takes the time to meet virtually with every new security hire. Way above the norm. The use of the appropriate tech to maintain contact, work together is excellent. Everyone has been fantastic. With almost 25% of thee company still in the service, or having served, I feel that they truly support our military, and not just say the words, For the first time, I've signed up to be a volunteer brand ambassador, just because I believe in our culture and values so much.

Cons

I honestly do not have anything as a con to add.
