Was hired at a lower pay grade than others even though I had more experience. Manager unwilling to change the situation.

One of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. The people are great, the work is purposeful, and there are lots of opportunities.

Cons

Be careful not to get to siloed on a program or project and make sure you network to increase exposure and access to opportunities.
