Pros

In my limited dealings with SAIC management and HR folks everythign has been great. I feel the benefits package is great, there are alot of options and offerings.

Cons

401K is only matched at the end of the quarter, if your contract ends part way through you don't get the match. As a contractor you really don't engage much with SAIC.
