SAIC is one of those companies that truly cares about its people. From my experience as an intern, I was treated with more respect and care than by any of my previous employers. It really is an awesome company to work for.

Cons

The nature of SAICs work is what amounts to the cons of working for them. Their ability to pay you depends on governemtn contracts that sometimes, run out.

Good company to work for.

Pros

Remote or flexible work options are common for IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity and engineering. Not a culture of micromanagement which I truly appreciate. Good compensation and benefits.

Cons

Slow moving and sometimes can take a long time for things to be completed.
