Pros

No shortage of work and good PTO benefits

Cons

No growth plan, no desire to grow as an organization, and unrealistic expectations of how to attract talent.

Pros

Pay was average or maybe slightly above, not much else. Poor management, lack of a close office with talent to help learn

Cons

Where to start, left a position to take their offer, only to find that after interviewing and being placed for a short term 'they were looking for someone with more experience' then tried to deny my unemployment claim after layoff and I had to jump through hoops to win my case.

Pros

If you work on a contract and like your customer, SAIC is a paycheck but don't look for them to care.

Cons

Fails to honor commitments at almost every turn. They talk about employee engagement, integrity, etc. but their actions are the complete contrary. They think nothing of cutting pay, cutting benefits, cutting bonuses... They just don't care. Their corporate staff is divided into the "haves" and "have nots" the "haves" are mostly overpaid so take aways don't impact them much but the "have nots" are consistently getting hit.
