they treat their diverse software engineers horribly, and they always end up leaving

they pay well. they do give me a good career opportunities for moving around (because you end up being treated badly on each project and wanting to move.)

Cons

i've been with them for three years now, and I've seen them treat myself and other diverse candidates like disposable, second class employees, no matter how much we contribute and no matter how much the customer celebrates us. Everyone ends up leaving. they have tons of discrimination lawsuits. I mean there are several, a multitude of them. also, the benefits they offer are absolutely horrible. Health Insurance is expensive and almost everything you do you end up having to pay out of pocket.

The company is compassionate and celebrates diversity. Benefits are pretty good, and they do a nice 401k match.

Cons

Dealing with payroll is a pain, but that's probably everywhere.
