Mismanaged and Petty

Pros

Easy application process that doesn't require any of the personality assessments. Management doesn’t breathe over your shoulder so long as you’re completing your work. Adequate starting pay. Accepts entry level IT

Cons

Management is not chosen for their competency and are allowed to be bullies with no consequences. Health insurance options were horrible. Would have cost over $300 per paycheck to add my wife to my insurance plan which would have still required a $4,500 deductible before they’d cover anything. Raises can be withheld due to budget restraints, which happened often, and when we did get one it was between .75-3%. Absolutely unwilling to stand up to the contract owners to improve work environment, procedures, or assist employees. Training was done by someone who was unqualified to do so, leaving employees feeling insecure about being able to begin work. Management will lie or stretch the truth about things employees have done if they do not like you. Will refuse to promote if they are understaffed, which they often are.
