Benefits became terrible over time, discriminating against older and sicker people, not covering medications and DME. The entire culture changed and drove away a lot of good people. It should have stayed Employee-Owned. As an example of the ineptitude, they redid the lobby with fancy marble floors and then fired all the Administrative Assistants and made everyone do their own support work. Then they had to strategically put ugly carpet over the tile to keep people from sliding down if the floors got wet when it rained. That is a parable for SAIC culture. People come last now.
