Somehow Federal organizations keep awarding them contracts.

Cons

Business is so poor there needed to be a round of management buyouts.

Pros

Big company, able to pay competitively, and is well-positioned to find other work in the event of a contract loss.

Cons

When I worked for this company years ago, the insurance premiums were fair. They weren't cheap, but average. I recently returned to the company, and I expected the premiums would be fair. Instead, they were more than twice what I was paying at the job I left for health insurance. I can tell from the amount of the dental premiums that I was actually paying about 100%. I guess its nice that they can negotiate an acceptable dental plan, but they didn't pay much (or anything) into it. The benefits really do translate into whether or not the company cares about the employees. The politics is pretty discouraging.
