I have been with SAIC for over 15 years, and have worked with many great people. My experience shows that management cares. HR will work hard for you for redeployment if you lose coverage.

Cons

As with any large company, sometimes you can get lost in the numbers. But not often.

Cons

My Lead was extremely racist and made openly racist comments in meetings around everyone towards me. I opened up to HR about it and got removed from the contract and told to find another role in the company.
