      Great Company

      Pros

      They work with you on accommodations and give plenty of PTO as well as time off for being a new parent. They also do an excellent job of employee retention when contract money expires.

      Cons

      Healthcare packages are terrible, especially for families. Company is very large and can be impersonal sometimes.
