      Pros

      I enjoy working remotely from my home office when able and I commute into the work area when needed. Benefits are great and there are lots of choices for benefits to purchase. SAIC has a wonderful Ethics environment where everyone is expected to stay professional. Depending on work area, my hours are flexible, when needed for dental, medical, and vet appointments with management approval. We are a Team and we support each other continuously.

      No cons are apparent since communication has been very good from the upper management
